The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes. Extras like central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk were appreciated. The area was really quiet.

Bed very uncomforatble, room hot, no fan, shower extremely too small, shower water even ended up in main room area.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with particularly good and perfect location directly in front of terminal 2 and recently renovated rooms. The breakfast was delicious for all tastes, we appreciated it.

The staff was quite rude.

Convenient spot, just a 10-minute stroll to a big mall for shopping 🛍. Twin room set up nicely to fit an extra suitcase comfortably.

Check-in was quick and easy - although I did have to fill one of those annoying forms by hand. The breakfast was excellent - a fantastic selection of very good items.

The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in - operating the shower left a very real risk of flooding not only the entire bathroom, but the water could easily hit the bathroom door and flood the bedroom too.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jumbo shopping centre, where you can find a wide variety of eateries. the staff is ready to help you any time you need assistance with anything. the room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. the breakfast offered at the hotel is excellent, with a wide spread of options to choose from.

The accessibility to public transport could be improved by providing more information about the nearby bus stop and including a sign for direction towards the hotel.

The hotel is good if you need to catch an early flight, close to the airport and runs a free shuttle that works fine. The rooms are very basic, but OK for a short stay

The location was unbeatable and excellent, at a short distance from Flamingo Entertainment Center. the area was very quiet, close to a mall with restaurants and shops, airport and Jumbo at about 10 minutes away.

nice, cosy rooms. don't expect a huge suite but for one person my room was really OK.

It was hot in the room. No way to open more windows. Has to leave by 9.00' to catch the last shuttle to the airport, plane was at 13.00'. TV is small and only 9 free channels.

Our stay at Pilot Airport was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stop-over experience seamless. The peaceful atmosphere and helpful staff made us feel at ease. Our small twin room had everything we needed, with clever organization for luggage space. The shuttle service to the airport was reliable and there was a convenient bus stop nearby. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the dark bread. I highly recommend this hotel for a traveler's rest.

Good accomodaion for reasonable price

a very comfortable one night stay before catching a plane to airport. Hotel provided comfortable transfer to airport for free just for the three of us. Close location to shopping mall and aquapark! very nice surrounding, very beautiful in winter :)

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping mall, which was very convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the basic amenities you would expect from a well-managed hotel.

All in all, I have to say that everything at this hotel was just fine.
